By this we mean that OS updates tend to break installed programs. Browser based software lessens the number of things that we need to fix.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Do you cover the latest <em>GCE<\/em>?<\/h4>\n<p>Pretty much all the concepts you teach at GCE are covered. We have the topics to match the <em>IB, GCE<\/em>, and several international exams.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Can't I teach instead using free animation on the Internet?<\/h4>\n<p>Probably you can - but you will not find consistent quality or a consistent approach. You'll also find the cognitive level of the material you find go from GCE to degree level. Here you have incredible coverage in one place. As teachers ourselves, we felt the need to provide that one place and so we worked with professional illustrators and animators to make this product. We feel that the free Internet has good material but it is miserably inconsistent for teaching across a whole 'A' level.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Will I get free upgrades to new versions?<\/h4>\n<p>Yes. With this online\u00a0version you always have the latest version.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>How do I get organic chemistry?<\/h4>\n<p>You can <a href=\"http:\/\/chemistry.rogerfrost.com\/links\/help\/\">order here and buy online<\/a>\u00a0or phone or post or email an order.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>What about browser safety - is it safe to use Organic Chemistry?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">It is very safe to use this content, now in use for 20 years. We're teachers and we haven't put bad things in our animation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>What are the computer \/ mobile requirements?<\/h4>\n<p>You don't need <em>Adobe<\/em> <em>Flash, Java<\/em> or <em>Chime<\/em> to use it anymore. Until our new version is complete (we started in 2022 and we're mostly there in 2024) you need a <a href=\"https:\/\/organic.rogerfrost.com\/links\/acmsabout\/\">browser extension as described here<\/a>. The animation works on very old and very new devices and it's still pin-sharp today full screen. An <em>iPad<\/em> or <em>Android<\/em> tablet will need\u00a0a <em>Flash<\/em>-emulator (<em>Dolphin<\/em>, <em>Flashfox; Photon; Puffin<\/em>). If that's important to your students we'll let you try this out first - we have customers who teach with an iPad. The animation looks best on the largest screen.
